Officer Randy Davis used his body as a human shield to protect me. He wasn't wearing a vest and he didn't have a radio. Despite that fact, this officer helped capture two suspects out of five that fled from a high speed chase and were breaking into a woman’s home trying to escape. He thought shots were going to be fired from these violent felons, so he used his body as a shield and put himself in front of me to keep me from getting shot.

I don’t think Officer Davis ever was awarded anything for this incredible bravery. I hope somehow we can get him the award he deserves.
