The National Tactical Officers Association is currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Director. The NTOA is a non-profit, 501c-3 organization. The Executive Director operates full time from the association's headquarters
office located in Doylestown, PA.

The mission of the NTOA is to enhance the performance and professional status of law enforcement personnel by providing a credible and proven training resource as well as a forum for the development of tactics and information exchange. The Association's ultimate goal is to improve public safety and domestic security through training, education and tactical excellence.
The NTOA operates with Veritas (truth, honesty and integrity) in our relationships.

Desired Qualifications
The most qualified candidate will have a work history as both a law enforcement leader as well as a business manager. Prior experience as a tactical officer and a leader in a similar state or national professional association is highly desirable. Qualified candidates should posses the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse civilian staff, through empowerment, to reach a common set of goals. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a familiarity with current forms of electronic communication such as internet conferencing, websites,
email and social networking technology.
