Uzi's Tritium H3 technology uses very small, safe quantities of radioactive tritium and phosphorescent gas sealed inside tiny glass tubes to permanently illuminate the hour/minute hands and hour markers at 3, 6, 9, & 12. The Tritium markers will glow without any artificial light source for almost 25 years.

In addition, the Protector is built with a high quality Swiss quartz movement to provide excellent accuracy and dependability under the most challenging conditions. Another feature is the virtually unbreakable nylon case that significantly reduces the weight. The stainless steel back resists corrosion and wear while the hardened mineral glass crystal resists shock and scratches.
