It was nice meeting you, too. I know you were probably a bit bemused when I accosted the suits in quest of a water fountain, and maybe even moreso when the whole lot of them escorted me inside to help me find one. But yes, the heat was a bit on the "Satan's Living Room!" side, even in the shade.

Frankly, what Sanford, or any politician does on their own time is their own. If they screw goats but get the people work done, I'm fine.
But in this case, the governor stepped across the line by failing to do his personal business on his own time and on his own dime.
Beyond that, I could care less about his marital or sexual situation.
And it was the War of Northern Aggression. A little thing about the Yankees forgetting something called states rights - right or wrong. Family hailed from the south, never owned slaves and fought on both sides of the M/D line.
