Tyler man arrested after giving alcohol to child
On 03/17/2012 Tyler Police responded to East Texas Medical Center in reference to a 1 year old child with a blood alcohol of over .2. The child was flown to Children's Hospital in Dallas and listed in critical condition. Detectives responded to the scene and conducted an investigation.

A few years ago, I read an article about a 5 year old that was given an alcohol drink at an applebees. They ordered their kid a na drink but the bar tender made a real drink on accident, that kids was hospitalized with alcohol poisoning
