Porter Goss came out again today with the statement that he was just "stepping down". Last I knew that when National Intelligence Director John Negroponte tells you to go, you got fired. Goss never took the lead in the CIA, he just let it happen. President Bush never had faith in him. The White House called it "Lost Confidence" in Porter Goss in some reports. Negroponte's Deputy "Gen Hayden" will get the job done. Sad when you see the CIA as just another agency.
