Girls in Pink...support for an officer's family
In case you haven't heard of these two wonderful girls....
Girls in pink support the "boys in blue." is the title of a FB page two little girls created to raise money for Fallen Officer Timothy Warren's family.

More from their FB page...
"Upon learning of the tragedy, Mackenzie Gilmore (age 9) and Bailey Gilmore (age 7) decided there had to be SOMETHING they could do for the family. As daughters of a firefighter/paramedic, nieces of a deputy sheriff, and the granddaughters of a TEMA assistant director, this hit close to home."
I wanted to post this because I think we need to hear about some of the good things happening for LE. These two little girls showed more selflessness and fortitude in this one act than many do in a lifetime. Bless them both.http://www.odmp.org/officer/16551-de...l-eron-shannon
Police Officers put themselves at risk for strangers every day. Some do not make it home to their families. Next time you think of saying something negative about the police, remember...YOU are one of the strangers.

I bought a pink shirt from them.

Do to popular request, they are coming out with a black version.
I'm manly enough to buy pink, im not sure about wearing pink however.

I can't convince my husband to wear pink but maybe he would for a good cause.
