DAVIS - There are more reported cases of sexual assaults on the campus of University of California at Davis than all other UC schools combined, and some people are saying that number is a positive thing.
Student Judicial Affairs at UC Davis say it's a positive sign of student services on campus. They claim the number shows that students feel comfortable reporting crimes when they occur.
There were a total of 69 forcible sexual offenses reported between 2006 and 2007 on campus.
Last year, a report in Reader's Digest magazine said UC Davis among the top five worst colleges for crime based on reporting statistics
