Taking that literally, it should be up to the populace in that given State to elect like-minded representation, and change such laws. It's slow, but it is how our system of government works, is it not?

County,just a heads up,we have that law here in La.It is supposed to prevent the big guys from outpricing the "mom and pops" what it does is make me not drive ---when I have to.It also drives up prices on every freakin thing we buy,cause it is all sent to market on wheels.

I am aware of it, and I disagree with it. I (like Rhino) believe that a free market economy is just that, free from intervention by the beurocratic machine called big government.

What I think we differ on is how it should be done away with. Federal intervention, imho, rarely brings about positive change.

You are right about that 100 %.But wasn't it Carter that put a freeze on gas prices,and thumbed his nose to them??
