ANDROID PHONE LINKED TO FACEBOOK
I have a question. I have my phone contacts linked to my facebook. It automatically pulled the profile picture of the contact from the facebook profile picture. These pictures will not change when they update the profile picture. How can i make these change when they change their pics on facebook.

Log out of your application, and then log back in. It should refresh all of your FB data and pull it from your most current account and friends.

You can resync the Facebook with your phone. I do this when I get new friends on FB.
Go to your settings
Select Accounts and Sync
I have Background Data and Auto-sync checked.
I also sometimes click on the facebook then uncheck and check the Syne FB contacts box. It will resync right then when you do this.

This maybe an HTC thing. I don't have this problem with the Droid, and you aren't the only one:

Mine appears to by syncing okay. And I have an HTC phone. Have you rebooted lately? That will re-establish connections and syncing.
