Wood stove burning, propane furnace going, windows open, both cars idling.
Generator running, pressure washer, weed-eater, both chain saws, and the lawn mower.
I might pour some gasoline in a puddle and light it with a road flare.

I had the lights off, but only because I didn't want the neighbors being able to see inside while I had the windows and curtains open.

I went a full two hours today without a single thing on that uses electricity.
Of course, it was due to a power outage caused by these rediculous winds, but still. The world would be much cleaner if blind people carried brooms instead of sticks.

Drove my Dodge Ram Hemi around at 12.5 mpg instead of my wife's car. Fired up my Gaming PC which burns 1000 watts, left the lights on all day and did not recycle. LOL. Actually, thats a standard day for me.

I read somewhere that NASA and some University said there has been NO global warming since 1992. The climate changes are just a natural cycle and are not man made.
But Governments don't want to hear that, it would affect the 'environmental' taxes they make us pay for flights and fuel etc.To be born an Englishman, is to be a winner in the Lottery of Life.

One theory is that the global warming theory was given legs during the run up to the Miners strike in 84.
Mrs T wanted to take the steam out of the miners power base and lo and behold, loads of money was put in by the Govt to research global warming and amazingly, the researchers agreed that it was a man made issue and needed more funding to do more research.
Personally, I'm more towards it being a natural phenomenon than a man made one.A common mistake made when trying to come up with a totally foolproof design is to completely underestimate the innate ingenuity of fools.
The last thing I want to do is hurt you but it's still there on my list of options, so are you coming quietly.........?
