This year sucks.

This has not started as a banner year for me. In the past month, 2 officers that I work with have died, and another that recently retired passed away. There was a crash in the village where I work that involved 9 teenage girls. 3 of them died. Luckily, I wasn't working, but I know the parents, and the grief they have is beyond comprehension. My youngest daughter broke off her engagement and has moved back home. My wife and I went on vacation to Cancun, and the second day there, I slipped and landed on my hard framed backpack and broke a couple of ribs. There's nothing like spending a day in a Mexican Hospital. If the rest of the year keeps pace, I'll be lucky to make it to 2013!

Holy Mackerel! You need to reset the clock and go back to New Years Day and redo the last 6 weeks. You've been thru a lot. Stay focused. Take care of yourself.

Hey Keith, i have been following that crash on the new, saw the photos of the wreck, i hope you didnt have to work that one, looked horrible. That suv looked bad i am surprised anyone made it out of it
