I'll jump in. My rookie wanted an acoustic earpiece set like I have for our Motorola. He ordered on a Thursday and had the package on Saturday. He got the entire kit from the jack to the soft molded ear piece for $26. It's nice, good quality stuff and an amazing price. I'm going to order a set and relegate my current setup to a backup position soon.
