My mother just cancelled her Alltell account after about a hundred and fifty years, and apparantly they don't want to let her go. They're trying to bill her for services AFTER cancelled her account. They even sent her a letter saying that she doesn't owe anything, her account was cancelled, yet they turned over a bill to a collection company. WTF?? So she called her lawyer (gotta love prepaid legal services.)\\` ` ` ` < ` )___/\

I've been very happy with Verizon and find that I'm able to get service when other people cannot.
