We dont have beamers anymore. Just CV, Camaro, Charger, Intrepid, Durango's. There are a few BMW motorcycles left but they are getting phased out also.

Authority should be state wide. They will be armed I believe with some of the stuff they will be doing. They will not have the authority to have a car out by themselves only ride with one of us and Im 99.9% positive they wont be issued a citation book. They will ride with us and help out at some of the events we handle which include but are not limited to both bike weeks at Myrtle Beach and all of the S.C. and Clemson home football games and disasters.

There is only 2 SC troopers here anyways so that shouldnt be a problem. They will have arrest powers and considered a class 2 officer so that should get them verified if needed.

I've gotta check into that... I wonder what the physical requirements are? I could use a change of scenery. At this point in my life, my "real" job is just a way to finance my hobbies. Something like that is what I've always really wanted to do.

I attempted to get on with a local auxiliary, but their academy was 2 years away at best because of a lack of interest. That's the problem with volunteer groups like that - not enough people are willing to donate their time, so quite often the cause doesn't get anywhere.
