I showed this to a former Army MP who also went to Iraq in 2004 with DynCorp as a police trainer. While he was bemused by it, he said it wouldn't do a thing because all they saw was some overfed American telling them what to do in their country, sort of like having Calderon coming to DC to tell DC Police how to protect their city.
Sounded good; had little effect.

Yeah; probably right, but even if all it did was make him feel better, then more power to him. Those people just need to be left hanging and fight their own battles. Enough is enough
