I tell you what has worked for me, safety pins. Fold the shirt and use 4 safety pins to hold the tuck. I have been using the same pins for six years.

Hidden Tailor never worked well for me. I recommend stirrup-style shirt stays, much more comfortable than the traditional style and no risk of popping yourself in the ass or anywhere else important LOL.
