Following graduation from the State Police Academy, Rick served sixteen years as a Patrol Trooper and Patrol Corporal in the western part of Pennsylvania. Promoted to Sergeant in 1986 and assigned as the Patrol Sergeant, Troop J, Lancaster PA where he served until 1988 when he was promoted to rank of Lieutenant. As a Lieutenant, Rick served in both Bethlehem and Harrisburg, PA for two years before returning to Lancaster as the Patrol Section Commander where he remained until being promoted to Captain in 1997. As a Captain, Zenk commanded Troop N, Hazleton, PA and Troop L, Reading PA before being promoted to Major and assigned as the Director of the Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations located on the grounds of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Hershey, PA. On October 5, 2007, Rick retired from the Pennsylvania State Police.

His base of operations will be from his home with support coming from the main office in Washington State. “Rick’s impact was immediately felt at the show” said Don Fenton, Sales & Marketing Director at TruckVault. “It seemed that there was no one that Rick did not know. You simply cannot put a price on his years of service in the State Police. Rick brings a wealth of Law Enforcement knowledge along with an amazing work ethic and attitude to our company. We are very pleased to have him on board and look forward to the positive impact he will make in the trade for many years to come.” said Fenton.
